History of International women's day

Об этом говорится в докладе Генерального секретаря ООН об угрозе миру и безопасности, которую создает ИГИЛ. Сегодня заместитель Генерального секретаря ООН по политическим вопросам Джеффри Фелтман представил этот документ на обсуждение членов Совета Безопасности ООН.

«В последнее время благодаря усилиям международного сообщества по противодействию ИГИЛ, включая меры военного и финансового характера и укрепление пограничного контроля, ИГИЛ был нанесен значительный ущерб. Немотря на это, эта организация все еще представляет серьезную угрозу миру и безопасности», - заявил Джеффри Фелтман.

Он подчеркнул, что в докладе Генерального секретаря ООН проанализированы источники финансирования этой террористической группировки, отмечена ее способность быстро находить огромные средства, возможность подстраивать свои стратегии финансирования к меняющейся обстановке.

«Основными источниками финансирования является использование нефти и других природных ресурсов оккупированных территорий, «налоги», конфискация, разграбление мест археологических раскопок, внешние пожертвования, средства за выкуп заложников, а также другие финансовые схемы, такие, как сбор средств через Интернет, в том числе через социальные сети», - рассказал заместитель Генерального секретаря.

По его словам, ИГИЛ извлекает выгоду из своих связей с лицами и группами, замешанными в транснациональной организованной преступности.
Эта террористическая группировка разработала чрезвычайно эффективную и сложную стратегию коммуникации, благодаря которой насаждаемое им искаженное представление о мире находит отклик у небольшого, но постоянно растущего числа недовольных граждан, особенно молодых людей, как в развивающихся, так и развитых странах.

Предполагается, что на сегодняшний день в рядах ИГИЛ и других террористических групп служат около 30 тысяч иностранных боевиков-террористов из более чем 100 государств. Для пропаганды своих идей среди тех, кто потенциально может вступить в его ряды, ИГИЛ все чаще использует Интернет и социальные сети.

Представитель ООН рассказал членам Совета о том, что группировка ИГИЛ продолжает совершать грубейшие нарушения прав человека в беспрецедентных масштабах. Только в Сирии бесчинства террористов заставили миллионы человек покинуть свои дома и спасаться бегством.

В своем докладе Генеральный секретарь ООН Пан Ги Мун заявил, что «ИГИЛ является богатейшей террористической организацией в мире». «В 2015 году объем доходов ИГИЛ от продажи нефти и нефтепродуктов, составил от 400 до 500 млн. долларов США. Поступления от продажи нефти ИГИЛ использует для приобретения оружия, военного снаряжения и боеприпасов», - отмечается в документе.

Глава ООН отметил, что в 2016 году благодаря воздушным ударам международной коалиции по нефтеперерабатывающим предприятиям и нефтехранилищам доходы террористов от нефти могут сократиться.

Выступая на заседании Совета Безопасности ООН, Джеффри Фелтман подчеркнул, что, к сожалению, Организация Объединенных Наций не может провести независимую оценку представленных государствами-членами данных и схем возможных маршрутов, которые ИГИЛ использует для незаконной торговли нефтью и нефтепродуктами.

Deyarli barchamiz har kuni internetdan foydalanamiz.Hayotimizni internetsiz tasavvur qila olmaydigan darajaga kelibulgurganmiz allaqachonlar. Internetdan foydalanuvchilardamadaniyatning yangi ko`rinishi – kibermadaniyatshakllanmoqda. Bu esa insonlarning fe`l-atvoriniprogrammalashtirish imkoniyatini bermoqda
